We had a variety of names, but Inspector was probably the one we used most. Hey, I just want to tell you how much I really liked your guys' music and remember coming into see you guys at Montes and O'Pehrs in Waikiki. WE played right down the street at Dragon Lady. Remember Lily? I live in Chicago now (for a few yrs), and, i've been sober for 20+ yrs. Life is good now. But, thanks for being where you guys were at the time I was there. I still remember. L

Hey, Jim, I just found Gary Souza and Dave Farne on Facebook. I was a follower of Honolulu Doggs in the 70's. Well, my sister and I use to hang out and dance to your guys music at the dive on Kalakaua Ave. Hope you remember me? Blonde and tan, went out with Gary for a bit. Your comment on the "Doggs" made me laugh and cry. Those were the days but I'm glad they're over! Still on Maui. Aloha! Sally from Maui

Hi, St. James. I was at that deal at Tables beach park when the mokes came to beat us up, too! I stuck around with Bates and we discovered how it feels to have a beer bottles broken on the back of your head, and how to avoid being on the receiving end of an improperly used drum stick! Those were the days. I hope all's well with you. I see that Mitch Smith checked in, I'm wondering how Tim is doing? Peace and out for now.

Was just on the phone with your favorite old roommate, Alan, who was approached yesterday on the yard by your old boss who told him to go to Esquire Magazine. So, as we were just talking on the phone, Alan had me print out some of your writings so I could send to him. Hope all is well with you. You know I do my best to keep Alan happy. He just got his Yoga Room back, so he is very happy about that.
