Hey Buddy, Great website, nice to see that your creativity is getting out to a wider audience. Just goes to show that walls and bars can't cage your creativity. If you can, I'd suggest that you post the "Letters of Light from a Dark Place" series, its been a while since I read them, but they really struck a chord with me. Stay strong and alert St James. All the best, Glics

St jimmy struck a cord in the dark folds of my mind which led me to send him a letter tho its not my style nor inclination. its a **** shame what we must indure in order to change into what we might become. we all are at the mercy of this beautiful, cruel event called life which is why we go new places (if only in the mind) and defy death in pathetic little leaps and bounds. but they are all we have. and this here joke aint over yet, so on we walk...stewing, foolin and prayin like its the end, gus

SAINT JAMES HARRIS WOOD is one of the most original of voices in an emerging poetry scene that's about to blast the past into oblivion. We feel more than honored that Saint James chose the exciting new edition of VAN GOGH'S EAR: BEST WORLD POETRY & PROSE to send his powerful prison letter and poems to. Saint James's work will appear in our intense fifth volume of Van Gogh's Ear that, along with a great many celebrities, also includes a very recent prose piece by Charles Manson in his own handwriting.
